Delivery Time

We keep you informed

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

​

You can also visit online the self-service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your Login ID and password to get a summary of orders placed. You'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you'll see additional information including product engraving, product customization, and more.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Local Orders

Advanced Time offers a variety of shipping options for customers varying from reliable local courier services by Ninja Van to free alternatives such as Registered Mail and Self-collection for customers in Singapore. Advanced Time highly value the importance of providing fast delivery for our customers.

​

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available. You can ship each item to a different address, and choose up to 15 different addresses per order.

You can pre-select a different delivery time for each eligible item on your order.

  • Items that ship within "In Stock" are estimated to ship the same or following business day.

  • Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7 business days).

  • Personalizing your watch may take additional time to prepare for shipment, and will increase the 'Ships' timeframe.

The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.

International Orders

Although we are based in sunny Singapore, we do offer international shipping options but delivery charges do vary from $25-$55 depending on your geographical location. Rates will vary according to product weight and your country's distance from Singapore. 

 

DHL who has substantial global presence in over 220 countries and territories will handle international deliveries. The delivery time frame will be difficult to estimate. 

​

You are able to opt for Express DHL 1-3 days guaranteed shipping but it will be a much costly option. Customers are able to obtain an accurate shipping quote at the checkout page.

Scheduled Delivery with Pre-selected Delivery Time Windows

You can pre-select a delivery time that is convenient for you. Some limitations may apply.

Ninja Van is one that provides exemplary logistics services and they will be handling local courier orders.

  • Guaranteed 1-2 days delivery

  • Optional but additional charge of $10.90

  • Orders received between 12.00 am - 11.59 am - Same Day Delivery

  • Orders received between 12.00 pm - 1 1.59 pm  - Next Day Delivery

For all other local deliveries Advanced Time will provide free Registered Mail through Singapore Post services.

  • Registered Mail. Delivered within 1-3 days after your item is shipped. Free.

  • 9:00am to 12:00pm. Delivers 1-3 days after your item is shipped, between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Free.

  • 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Delivers 1-3 days after your item is shipped, between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. Free.

  • 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Delivers 1-3 days after your item is shipped, between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Free.

  • Free delivery to Singapore Only

When can I expect my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.

Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. For selected couriers, delivery will take 1-2 business day. It will costs $10.90. All delivery lead times are estimated. For international orders, it varies depending on geographic location.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can also view this information by signing in.

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

Text Notifications

In addition to email notifications, you can request text message updates at checkout.

​

What to Expect

Once your order ships, we'll send you a text message. The text message will include your order number and a link to the tracking information.

You can receive text messages on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on your shipping method and carrier. Texts are sent between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

How to change my text message preferences

You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by logging into your account and editing the Shipment Notification preferences for your order.

What time will my order be delivered?

For orders shipped to a residential address, deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 9 pm Monday to Saturday.

For orders shipped to an office address, deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.

For orders that are shipped for a pre-selected time that is convenient for you, you can expect your delivery shipped at the time specified in one of the time windows as follows:

9:00am - 12:00pm

12:00pm - 5:00pm

5:00pm - 9:00pm

​

You can check the estimated delivery date and carrier by logging in for the latest status of your order. Our carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.

Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

Signature On Delivery

Most of our shipments contain valuable goods. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package.

 

For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.

 

Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

I need to change my shipping address.

If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online by logging in. If you are unable to modify your shipping details here, please email our customer service at sales@advancedtimesg.com

I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.

As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. We will also send you an email advising that our carrier was unable to deliver your order. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery, we will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the the customer support hotline at 68050214​.
